No Pros other than the standard benefits package. The pay is slightly below average that of most companies of similar operations in the area.

Cons

Operation Managers physically loads and unload trucks. High employee turnover. Abusive Management, low employee moral. Overall not a good company to work for. Unqualified and inexperienced Senior Management. Mid level management has absolutely no experience in Logistics. POTENTIAL EMPLOYEES BEWARE
