      Challenging and engaging work, Best hardworking people I've worked with, Decent pay, Strict safety guidelines so that employees don't get hurt

      Cons

      While there are some hardworking people, there are others who will do less and get away with it. Gossip and drama from other employees was a constant pain. Sometimes would work overtime for WEEKS.
