Pros
I feel like the people I work with are like a family, we work toward the same goals together, they care when things happen in your life and what you do makes a difference.
Cons
Just like any part of any job, some tasks are more manual, challenges to fix processes . We work to juggle many deadlines but there is support and prioritization. Like any typical FP&A dept we have to work late around the close process or budgeting season.
