      If not average person and work to excel, very rewarding and challenging. They do a lot of little things for recognizing and thanking employees that are not normal.

      Cons

      As company continues to grow, there are a lot of chiefs and lots of hands in the pot, as the old saying goes. Bad people that need to be let go are not which effects moral and unique culture.
