Pros

This company is growing fast, and has a large footprint in the Transportation Industry. Nice to have on your resume.

Cons

Management dosen't value it's employees. It is very hard to advance, policy limits performance increases to 8% only if you have a perfect performance review. No one gets Perfect performance reviews. Average raise given is 2% to 3%, then increases takes 3 to 10 months to become effective from the date it is approved. It's very important that you get hired at the wage you desire because it is unlikely that you can work your way up. Sexual harassment and nepotism is blatant and HR's priority is will always side with Management. Management is predominantly caucasian and it appears there is a strong effort to keep it that way.

Pros

The company is flexible with the administrative support team schedule. This is a fast-paced company with continuous projects and room for growth. You must really enjoy challenges to work here, or in any 3PL warehousing company. Also, training is always offered to employees to better perform their work and to keep up with new laws and regulations. Co-workers are proficient and are great to work with.

Cons

A problem that seems to be continuous is that the job requirements are not explained thoroughly by management. There have been times where I have asked for more guidance and I get shut down because management doesn’t have the time. I send emails to get feed backs and I get a response within the week or no response at all; not even an acknowledgement that the e-mail was received. Also, there are times where management gets upset when helping other peers and/or asking peers for guidance. This is very discouraging as you don’t know who, what, where and why is going on.

Pros

You have a steady pace of work if you work well and there is always room to move up the ladder.

Cons

Most people that work there are not very friendly and it is very hard to address a problem with out getting blamed for it.
