      Pros

      Great place for blue collar workers as you will be treated as such.

      Cons

      Salaried and hourly employees are treated equally in all senses- Micro managed and held to hourly type mentality. Lack of IT Knowledge within it's leadership structure.

      Pros

      They recruit people with some of the best personalities that few companies will ever come across with. This company could be the best in the logistics industry.

      Cons

      Bad MGT and not enough pay ! Many workers leave quickly due to low pay. The upper mgt is a mess and its unfortunate that a company who can get people with talent struggle to keep them on the long term. This company has so much potential but fails to utilize it correctly in terms of the operations and keeping workers satisfied.
