Not very transparent. Very standoffish and does not like opinions of the employees. Upper Management is virtually non existent unless needing to reprimand for some reason. HR is very wishy washy with their offered help and answers. A lot of questions go unanswered or with answers that aren’t correct. Standard operation procedures are virtually made up by scenario. Don’t ever question an operation or offer an opinion that differs from the majority. Very clicky in who gets favored and treated accordingly. When you go above and beyond it’s expected and not appreciated unless you are a certain person. When you don’t and just do your job, you’re frowned upon. If you are a people pleaser and enjoy making people happy, don’t work here. Very miserable and bleek individuals that are fueled only by company gain and what can help make them look better at their jobs. They sell the family oriented thing as a hook to reel you in with but in reality, they really aren’t. Only certain types of personalities can progress with this company. The backs of other individuals are used to advance in this company. Sense of entitlement and being above others lingers in the air. If you enjoy people, enjoy working with people, enjoy life, enjoy comrades and being a part of a team don’t work here.

While there are some hardworking people, there are others who will do less and get away with it. Gossip and drama from other employees was a constant pain. Sometimes would work overtime for WEEKS.
