The warehouse I work for which they are the third party is great

Pt staff is unprofessional and don't train properly they know it all, they do mistakes and blame the employees, underpaid, supervisors lie in your face and treat you like crap

Working in a team oriented environment with "like-minded" associates.

Cons

Long hours, poor working conditions, out-dated software and equipment. Male dominated environment. Every annual review was three to six months overdue. Executive management and HR need to do a better job at communicating with all employees nationwide. They talk about caring for their employees but actions speak very differently --- very poor work to life ratio.

The only pros I can think of is leaving the building each dayx

Cons

Hypocritical, HR is a joke, benefits are horrible, lack of intelligence throughout most employees and management, no structure, lucky to get wages weekly, and the list goes on.
