You MUST work saturdays, leadership is hypocritical and unsupportive. The market owner berates and insults people daily if you do not hit their very high standards. Says he will help anytime, but when asked to help says things came up and instead goes home. Youre selling a window that is nowhere near the quality the script boasts. thee owners and market owners make hundreds of thousands of dollars off the backs of the closers and knockers whilst sitting back and working maybe 2-4 hours daily.
