The daily collaborative communication between internal departments is instrumental to Perimeter's growth. Access to corporate leadership is readily available. Opportunity for advancement is part of the culture.

Cons

Witnessing the effects that trauma and mental health disorders have on our community can be too much for some. It's important to remember on a daily basis that what we do is important and we are saving lives.
