      Pros

      Relaxed work environment, meaningful projects to work on, managers are polite and easy to get along with. The company has good vacation policies.

      Cons

      Sometimes it was hard to get in touch with the senior managers when having questions about work, and it was difficult to always know what to be doing to best help the company.

      Pros

      I worked in the Downers Grove location for many years. Most of the people I worked with were very competent and easy to get along with. The products were interesting. Was able to make most of the changes, improvements I thought would be best.

      Cons

      The site was closed. We were told the location was doing well - one of the best in the company, so the decision to close it and move products to other sites did not make much sense to anyone.
