      Lack of communication Terrible business decisions have been made for hiring and layoffs No job security at all Layoff with no indication just to eliminate half of the team, especially for someone just started for a few weeks to few months If you do not intend to keep the employees, why do you hire in the first place? Such a waste of time. Very unprofessional and irresponsible

      Impeccable hardworking individual contributors and leads— knows how to self-manage

      Cons

      Regional manager is pretty poor at what he does. Visits sites, has the numbers and financials but does absolutely nothing to contribute to growth and bringing his team in several sites together. Lack of efficiency and business process acumen. Just really bad overall Regional Manager, performs like a rookie.
