Leading edge bio-tech, exceptional scientific and engineering staff. State of the art tools to create state of the art instruments. Highest quality Field Service personnel I have ever worked with.

Cons

Micro management in the Operations group from the executive levels. Quality program centered on the documentation process and not on the manufactured product.
