Pros

Some great products, some are the best on the market. Generally great colleagues.

Cons

Testosterone heavy management. Ever decreasing bonus pay when you exceed target. (And targets increase by a third year on year so even reaching target is virtually impossible now.) Male colleagues have larger bonuses. Not much potential for promotion for females. As much as I've tried not to believe it, I'm starting to think that PKI is a sexist company. Re-organisations that make no business sense and then ridiculous, and compulsory, 'team-building' activities with people you don't work with, you just happen to live in the same country as. Those aren't the people I need to team-build with. Save the money and give us our bonus payment structure back and a proper pay rise. I work with great products and that's the main reason I'm still here at the moment.

Pros

Good team environment. Good colleagues. Good pay, great benefits including car, phone and laptop. Ability to work from home. Manager was awesome, did not micro manage.

Cons

Lack of long term sight from upper management. Would rather have a thick layer of upper management than enough support staff on the ground.
