The site management and team managers are not the right people for the job. Specially site manager . We have all shared concerns but they didn’t seem to reach the top! . His lack of knowledge and interest in the job is costing the company money and talent. When you assign someone completely disconnected from employees and reality and have absolutely no idea how to run a major site like perten you damage the entire company.
