Cons

Most people are really decent, wonderful people who are happy to help eachother out, work together and keep things moving forwards.

Cons

Most people work together really well and are helpful decent people. There are a select few who are highly political, under-sell everyone else's contributions to make themselves look good and take credit for the work of others. A lot of great people left because of this nonsense.
