Paid Time Off but with a catch, Maternity Leave, Free Eye Tests, Free Hot Drinks, Health Insurance you pay tax on only.

Cons

1 day a year to give back to the community doesn't feel rewarding enough. No Flexible Working in the UK. Climbing the career ladder rarely happens.
