Pros

Large company benefits, opportunities. There is a wide range of departments and positions so you can transition to a new role if you get bored.

Cons

Employees are not seen as assets. There are few opportunities for advancement and management seems to shuffle themselves around rather than look for new ideas.

Pros

Bottom and middle-level employee are very friendly and creative.

Cons

Upper management is ancient in its thinking. That is they only care about hierarchical structures and don't care about a regular employee at all. Benefits are jokes. When PKI revenue is not good, it just cuts workforce. Loyalty does not count. Nepotism are rampant. PKI always thank employee's contribution to its success. But just in empty words. Just like PKI said employees are key assets but when they need to make profits they dump employees with minimum respect and severance.

The company's mission statement is admirable. The people are dedicated to their jobs.

Cons

Senior Management: top-heavy (more chiefs than indians), constant restructuring and layoffs, lack of work-life balance (expects 24/7 from rank and file, low employee morale, high turnover in many departments, pay is not competitive in critical areas.
