      Getting paid while doing nothing or having nothing to do.

      Cons

      Bosses willing to listen. Are you joking? There are some uncouth managers in the Asian structure who pretend to know everything made it verbally clear that people working under the hierarchy not good enough, not reliable, not motivated when they themselves are second rate managers from second rate insitutions who have no people skills whatsoever so of course you cannot motivate employees. This is not the fault of employees.

      It’s a good job and has an opportunity to grow

      Cons

      Current managers are useless unfortunately. They only hire and promote people they know rather than the real talent . They love blocking others from advancing and are systematically destroying the company with bad hires . Product managers at perten are not serious. Not only oblivious but also careless! Competitors are taking the business and it’s a consequence to hiring people with no experience
