      Great company culture Friendly team who all work well together Good work/life balance Emphasis on diversity is amazing Celebrations of International Holidays eg; Chinese New Year, International Women's Day etc Generous salary

      Leaving the company will be hard since there aren’t many companies with the same culture that I have ever experienced.

      Fantastic, supportive working environment, lovely people and the mission and employee values are really a focus. People (employees) are important to PerkinElmer just as much as the customer. During 2020, PerkinElmer were beyond supportive to their employees in a really difficult time. Visionary CEO who cares. Great salary packages - market competitive.
