Able to knock off on time Benefits not too bad Employee welfare taken care of - recreational activities are plenty

Cons

Recent change in management. Looking to low cost countries Wouldn't be surprised if manufacturing were to shift to China in the next 2 years.

Solid global company constantly growing up. Efficient team of services and sales, the company will give you all the support and the means to reach the goal of each quarter year by year

Cons

a little bit confusion about the roles in the company, but mostly is due to people that not understand the process

With the company leadership change into more agile, there is more and more room for innovation and experimentation. Moreover, there is less tolerance for political behavior and non-transparent communication.

Cons

At times, it feels that there is no real strategy behind the constantly changing direction.
