Good benefits, well established global company.

Cons

Lack of timely decision making by leadership. Certain depts. don't seem to evaluate from a sales perspective, thereby jeopardizing customer relationships with the decisions they make.

Pros

Poor compensation. They don't care about the employees. They just give you more and more work with no benefit. They hire people who are not qualified. Management treats the employees poorly. They look down on the employees who are paid the least.

Cons

The company does terrific things for finding early detection with the newborn screenings. They bend over backwards for their CLIENTS.

The work I did was diverse and my responsibilities grew.

Cons

The atmosphere was toxic. The person that was responsible for my section was abusive and bullying. My section was overworked and when we delivered, subject to layoffs.
