      Pros

      Great People, Strong Brand. They treat their employees with respect and allow you to share your input. Product development has quality built into it. Everyone seems happy to be at work, however.

      Cons

      Flex-time is non existent. alot of old-timers with no new visions. They are in desperate need of some fresh young blood to get the place pumping out great new innovative products. People are clock watchers, waiting to get out of work as soon as possible.

      Pros

      Most of the people I have worked with were intelligent and professional. The product brand is well known and respected in the industry. Current president of LAS is a great leader and respected within customer circles.

      Cons

      Some people in leadership/management are stretched too thin with reporting to develop their direct reports. Many of the products sold are "me too" and were not the first to the market. Key investments are made that do not benefit all or a majority of customer markets.
