Not many. Get your 1-2 yrs of experience and then get out.

Cons

Management didn't care. Ended up moving my dept. to Poland offices which was kept from everyone until they dropped it on us with 2 weeks.

The hourly pay is much better than labs associated with UPMC, Heritage Valley, Quest, etc.

Cons

The management is very reactive rather than proactive, which negatively affects the employee morale and project success when engaging in new projects.
