      Pros

      Great lab to work for to start a career in the sciences and healthcare field. Great benefits such as the bonus and employee stock purchase plan. I never needed insurance so I can't comment on that. Very friendly coworkers. They were a blast to work with. Fantastic site leader. The other benefit of this small lab (at least since I've worked there) it was easy to get a general idea of the business. Remember a job is what you make it so have fun with it!

      Cons

      It's hard to grow career wise since it is a very small lab but don't let that discourage you because like I said it is a great starting point and you meet great people.

      Pros

      The salary they pay in PerkinElmer is very compactable at least for the position I have held. The stress level is not super high compare to some other companies.

      Cons

      The direction of the company for some field is not defined very clear. High level management has been changed too often which cause the unstable situation for the regular employees.
