      Interesting work, good people to work with.

      Cons

      Instrument division was poor stepchild of corporation. I was laid off after 30+ years because of the failure of a project that I had no involvement with.

The company strives to keep up with the ever changing industry needs, and at times there are instances when decisions are made in order to help align the business to the new strategy. Clarity surrounding reasons for separation can always be discussed with the local HR team.

      Things happen slowly if at all. Budget seems to be a priority over everything else.

Additionally, budget is one of those business components that is watched closely with a publically traded company.
