Pros

Team environment where people work together to create unique products

Cons

Constantly changing structure - hard to get any traction while management constantly changes organization.

Pros

The products the company makes have the potential to positively impact people across the globe. Some room for mobility both physically (many offices around the world) and career-wise.

Cons

A major lack of resources and a fixation on cutting costs and improving productivity has resulted in an overworked and under-supplied environment. Definitely an old-school company that still thinks spreadsheets can be used for everything.

Pros

very laid back atmosphere, management not constantly looking over shoulder, ideal time deadlines for projects, easy work- home life balance

Cons

not enough projects sometimes, most of all the employees are older no young professionals or entry level hires, too many managers to go through to get a job done
