Free lunch during employee meetings (big whoop!)

Cons

Almost everything. I am not a designer, I worked for the corporate side of the business. I was extremely overworked as the sole corporate employee in my dept. for 4 offices, for two city locations. Severely underpaying employees and expected to do the work of 3 people. I worked 30 of the 31 days of October, once doing overtime.
