Being at Perma-Seal for a few months now I can definitely say that one of the most impressive qualities of this company is their dedication to nurturing a sense of belonging and inclusivity. They go above and beyond to make sure that every tribe member feels valued, respected, and supported. Whether it's organizing team-building events, celebrating achievements, or providing opportunities for professional development. I have never worked for a company that values the employee like they do here at Perma-Seal. Teamwork is not just a concept preached by the Culture & Talent Department, their open and approachable demeanor makes them easy to approach for support, advice, or feedback, fostering an atmosphere of trust and fellowship in any department. I am very happy I accepted their offer.

Perma-Seal is a family culture, they really do care about the well-being of all their Tribe members. Perma-Seal provides job security and additional training for everyone’s professional growth. Perma-Seal also cares about the community, I knew about this company through their generous donation to the Bridge Community. My son who has a strong interest in Business, joined the tribe for the summer through a paid internship offered to young students. He is navigating through the different departments and is really happy to benefit from this opportunity. Perma-Seal is a great place to work for everyone!

Cons

To be honest, Perma-Seal just makes me feel like I am surrounded with my own family.
