No hours and that doesn’t compare to other companies even if the pay is lower elsewhere.

Pros

The bonds you create with other staff members. Although a lot of decisions are made behind his back, owner (Ralph) was a great guy.

Cons

Corporate office & HR doesn’t respond to calls, texts, or emails. No training; they set you up for failure.
