Pros

1. Rapid learning curve—gain valuable experience quickly 2. High degree of ownership and autonomy in daily work 3. Opportunity to solve real-world problems and build impactful solutions 4. Constant innovation and process improvements 5. Collaborative team environment with motivated colleagues 6. Exposure to multiple facets of the business (especially valuable in a startup) 7. Leadership is focused on efficiency and reducing operational friction

Cons

AS a startup that is changing/growing rapidly the job requires flexibility and adaptability, and may not be the right fit for someone who prefers preestablished, concrete roles and processes

Pros

-The company genuinely values employee input—ideas from any level are heard and often shape how we operate and grow. -Access to leadership is unmatched. You can collaborate with execs, give feedback, and see direct responses. -Tight tech stack and strong operational workflows make day-to-day work efficient and focused.

Cons

-The pace of change can be intense—constant iteration and improvement mean things move fast and not everything sticks. -Still optimizing for where to spend energy vs. where to automate or streamline, but the intention is always to improve.

Pros

I can’t think about any pros.

Cons

Don’t be fooled by the flood of fake 5-star reviews, as they don’t reflect what actually happens at PermitFlow. The two founders are clowns that have no idea of what they are doing. In the past six months alone, PermitFlow has hired and fired people at a disturbing pace. They constantly overestimate incoming work, rush to hire, and then lay people off when things don’t go as expected. It’s not just poor planning, it’s careless. People are uprooting their lives, committing to the company, and then getting blindsided when leadership decides to “pivot” again. To make matters worse, the company is now trying to boost profits by pushing more work onto a few full-time employees while outsourcing as much as possible to cheaper offshore labor. It’s a race to the bottom, and the people who stay are left exhausted, unsupported, and burning out fast. Work-life balance is nonexistent—and frankly, they just don’t care. It’s painful to watch talented people be set up to fail because leadership doesn’t know how to build a sustainable or respectful workplace. Stay away from PermitFlow.
