      Pros

      Work from home Stipend Good people on your actual team

      Cons

      CEO and the rest of the leadership team is super elitist and it reflects on their hiring practices and how they’ve let people go who have met expectations. Never seen moral drop so fast as this past year. Anyone whose saying not everyone can handle the fast paced environment of a start up is pretty mute cause most people who’ve worked here have already had start up experience

      Pros

      The management is very understanding and approachable, especially when it comes to requesting time off. The company is also highly organized when it comes to disseminating information, which makes it easy to stay informed. Regular learning sessions are incredibly helpful, providing valuable knowledge and skills that directly improve work performance.

      Cons

      Honestly, I can’t think of any major cons.

      Pros

      - The company is on a great trajectory. Funnel metrics look good, and ACV is high. - The product is best in class - customers love it. - Strong founders that strike a great balance of caring for their people while also keeping laser-focused on results.

      Cons

      It's a startup! Not everything is 100% figured out and everyone's wearing a lot of hats. This is a good thing in my book, but it's not for everyone.
