I need to have 5 words to make this work. The one pro I have is the benefits.

Cons

Scheduling for the assembly side is good if you have no life. Pay is insufficient for how much physical work is expected. HR and management act like they care however, this is a deception. Management needs to get their out from where the sun doesnt shine. A few employees are actual real people, not baby robots, please treat the real people like people if that is even fathomable. You will be micro managed more here than any other job.
