Great if you are French, just Ok for the non French.

The Salary is above average. People are great to work with. Systems are ok

Cons

Overtime can be tedious at times. No real chance to move up unless you are are of French decent. Management doesn't respond to staff needs. Training rarely offered. Need better training on systems, at least provide a manual

Well-established brands, managed in a French style - meaning rather slow, but efficient processes, which gives you the right work-life balance. International presense is a plus too, because you can get to travel a lot. Speaking of, the company favours its employees' mobility, so you can transfer to the country of your wish.

Cons

It's very difficult to offer and push new ideas, because everyone seems to be happy if some policy works and doesn't really care if the policy takes weeks to implement and causes unnecessary bureacracy.
