Pros
I was fortunate to work with a great team who set me up to succeed with the right training. Pay was good for the west Michigan area, with opportunities for advancement or lateral position changes. Awesome healthcare package.
Cons
With the exception of SAP which is what other major companies use, the data/software infrastructure and processes were very old school at the time. Printing and signing physical documents, however this likely changed with working in the new COVID environment. Location - Allegan MI makes for a long work commute. No other major cons.
