You learn a lot and you get assigned a lot of stretch projects that will bolster your resume

Cons

High churn in engineering team. Worked 60 hours a week and weekends. Made me leave engineering

Pros

you do get to wear multiple hats take on responsibility for high visibility projects. the role has definitely prepared me for future jobs and looks pretty good on a resume if you are trying to work in a highly regulated industry

Cons

hours are rough, work on the weekends, odd hours, and stress is pretty high
