There is no Pros in this company. It have standard holidays;medical and shift allowance. That's all
Cons
Mangers have no communication or don't listen to specialists in their field. If you point out flaws in the system. They brush it off and response with it's in progress. All maintenance engineers should be checked if they are competent or qualified to work as engineers. Due to the fact that the engineering manager have no idea that a car mechanic is not a maintenance engineer. It's the same as saying my child can drive a car so that's ok to drive in public.
