But they do test for ot if you get hurt. And they talk about getting drug tested if you report injuries so it seems like they just want people they don't have to b responsible for injuring. They aren't very big on safety protocols or safely training

They expect you able to work and know everything after one week (5 days) . After get a long with good some good persons (They are kind and welcome to trained me) I was unlucky that got put in toxic and bad attitude team.
