      Pros

      Very solid employee owned company. Good pay, benefits, very nice building with excellent common areas. Successful company. We are all off WITH PAY during coronavirus, even those who are not able to work from home. This is a company that will stand with it's people in hard times.

      Cons

      Some personality issues (including mine, haha). Typical frustrations for creative people in a corporate environment, nothing too bad.

      Pros

      A few people are decent other than that nothing positive.

      Cons

      Full of fake people, very clicky environment, lots playing favorites. Raises are pennies and reviews are a joke. They are very unreasonable if you miss any time even if it's minimal time and unless you work there for 10 + years you don't get any sick days. Vacation time is a joke. The office staff is full of people who are really quick to throw you under the bus if it makes them look good even for 5 minutes. Little to no room for growth.
