Great portfolio of brands. Very talented employees

Cons

Employee moral very low. Flat organization where CEO/Founders heavily involved at every level. Too much time reporting and updating upper management, too little time left to get down to business. Compensation not competitive with market. Very little flexibility for work/life balance.

Can't think of any. I was hired by really wonderful managers. Unfortunately one was fired and the other quit.

Cons

Low salaries compared to other companies. Poor management. No room for growth. Don't value the hard working employees. Hire employees with out qualifications for the positions they are hired for. Under staffed. High turn over.
