      General casual informal atmosphere in a good way. My work experience was better than some because I had a great manager and good team of coworkers that managed to stay above the office drama. I was brought in as a freelancer, and then hired full-time so I did not go through the typical interview process.

      Cons

      The usual corporate office dramas - interpersonal issues, and office politics.
