If you want to work in an extremely toxic environment where you are expected to work countless hours, where you'll be working in a department where the head will talk poorly about anyone and everyone and expect you to hop in on her hate train, and if you do not you will be blacklisted and invisible, where the culture is old and stuck in the 90s, where everyone is miserable, overworked, underpaid, and undervalued, where you will not be allowed to have a voice and express your creativity and opinions, where the CEO has a new project for you every other week to pile onto your already massive workload, then this is the place for you.

Benefits are okay but pretty minimal and HR failed to ever activate my health insurance, I found this out upon a visit to urgent care. Pay is extremely low when you comp similar positions in the area, Upper management is irreplaceable and toxic (CEO won’t fire because he would “feel bad”). Extremely narcissistic with little to no concern for employee well being. No repercussions for inappropriate behavior reported to HR, double the workload agreed upon in employment contract but laughed at when asked for pay raise. Company expenses are paid out of employee pockets - reimbursements take over a month sometimes. Don’t recommend. There are better companies.
