Great coworkers good opportunity to learn from people who have been with the company.

Cons

This company does not reward its employee. Some managers who have been around a long time have a superiority complex. Low salary, company hardly ever gives a merit, don’t you dare take a day off or work your one remote day and owner start looking for you!!
