Pros

Great culture. Organically diverse. Independently owned so not driven by investors always looking to cut costs to build stock wealth.

Cons

The owner/CEO is too involved to a fault often micromanaging and overriding feedback from leadership

Pros

Good training up front. Nice location near Bryant Park. 401k. Short vesting period for 401k

Cons

Process for design pass off has changed so many times. High turnover. Most turnover in involuntary. Changing who is in charge of what makes work flow difficult and slow. Have to relearn processes constantly. No flexibility with new teams. When a worker leaves, they are not replaced, the workload is shifted onto the existing employees permanently. Low pay compared to similar companies. Denied promotions. Insurance has no doctors in manhattan that accept the plan.
