Pros
The employees were nice. They appreciated me more than management. Decent working environment.
Cons
Position was a solo Desktop Support gig, being managed from the Miami, Florida headquarters. This means I had the place all to myself, with no one to back me up locally. Even though I served my clients expediently and with great care, my management team did not seem to value me, nor give me the appropriate Kudos to make me want to stay there. The pay was low.
