Great small business to have a career with
Pros
Perrygo is a wonderful place to work with an excellent work-life balance and generous benefits. A small company but is growing with a solid track record with their performance on government contracts. Leadership is truly authentic and are always willing to help you with your growth and development or anything you may need. Corporate engagement is great and always consistent with quarterly newsletters, holiday and happy hour events, and stewardship activities giving back to the community.
Cons
The only negative I can think of is for some employees, there aren't a lot of employee interactions. With some of the customers being geographically dispersed and working at the customer locations, some employees may not get a chance to experience the traditional office-type culture with their fellow employees.
