Good culture, mission and people

Pros

Great company culture, love the people here. Lots of hard working people driven by the mission. Meaningful work. You can make a difference. Career development (improving). HR building it out. Great pay and annual bonuses

Cons

Some growing pains as company grows. Career growth not always apparent but communication about it improving. Sometimes teams are understaffed but company is hiring many positions all the time.

Pros

- Get to work on cutting-edge technology - Lots of interesting on-going projects at many different layers of the embedded software stack (kernel, microcontroller, application level) - Teams are small so there is lots of responsibility and a good amount of collaboration, but most of your work is done independently - Compensation is very good (especially for a hardware manufacturing company, in NY!) and hardwork is rewarded - Company is doing very well, even through Covid-19. Constantly securing government contracts - Opportunities to travel to support customer events - Benefits are great - The new office in NY is fantastic!

Cons

- Company is established, but still growing. IT infrastructure can be painful at times. - There will be days where you will work longer hours, especially when pushing for new releases, but overall work/life balance is good

Company is growing fast but still feels like everyone knows everybody. Management is approachable. Projects are exciting and have an important impact. Pay is competitive.

Cons

The New York office is very crowded, but they are adding additional space.

Thanks for your feedback! Our culture is very important to us, and we're glad we're able to maintain one with "the feeling of a close-knit community". We've been experiencing incredible growth lately and, as you mentioned, we've opened additional office locations and additional space within buildings as we grow.
