Got YMD award, star performer award ,Team achievement award and finally collected over all 135 Credit points in less than two years of time. With this still they haven gave my promotion as i was about 8 year exp and they were address people not based on there talent but based on how many years they serve company. If guy is carrier oriented then it wont be a good place to work.
