This company has employee friendly atmosphere. No dress code, free lunchs and snacks, work life balance, excellent locations, lot of cultural activities involving employee families as well.

Cons

Less onsite opportunities, salary hike.

Allocation to project is done without much consent of the employee regarding office location and residence distance, monetary compensation is less but comes with additional perks and benefits, low onsite opportunities
