Pros

- In this industry starved of good work, PSL brings in a whiff of fresh air - Good work environment, not very open but good nonetheless - Especially, the Goa branch is very humane and friendly in nature. Everybody knows everybody, you are one large family.

Cons

- Career growth is very slow if you plan to stay long term - Salary hikes are meage - No respect for domain. A developer is thrown between BUs at the drop of a hat.
